Laurence subscribes to the ideals of servant leadership and live by the ethos that; <strong>\u201cthe most important legacy one can leave is the contribution to the development of others\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Laurence is an <strong>Internationally accredited Facilitator of the Nancy Kline \u201cTime to Think\u201d<\/strong> programme, accompanying individuals and organisations on their journey to creating Thinking Environments. He is also an <strong>Internationally accredited Coach and Mentor<\/strong> with the Institute of Leadership &amp; Management <strong>(ILM)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Laurence is currently a PhD candidate at UWC, researching Transformation, and holds an MBA from Wits Business School, B.Sc.
